Sepiana, thank you, After a Levels adjustment, one of the Topaz Impression paint effects (I think it was one of the "Photo-Painting"), then used that as the basis for the PS PosterEdges Filter to give it a crisper look.

Rita Rita, thanks! I admire your creativity. It is an interesting "recipe" -- Topaz + Poster Edges. I have to keep this in mind.
