I have an older laptop running Windows 7 that 'sees' my router WiFi but won't connect. A few months ago I had to buy a new router. My new router is a LinkSys AC1750 Router.
I 'thought' I had input the password in to my laptop. The laptop does 'see' the Wifi.. I have a main wifi and a guest wifi with this router which my laptop does see both of those, but I want to use the main wifi. How do I change the password in my laptop?
Thank you!

Sepiana,
I am sorry I did not make it clear enough. No I do not need or want to change my password within the router.
What I need to do is get my laptop to connect to the router.
I am 'guessing' I need to change the password within the laptop to connect my laptop to my router.

Sepiana, I just spent the last 90 minutes with chat support from Linksys from very friendly and helpful agent (Maricel P.) from them. I asked her (I am assuming Maricel to be female) how much time she had on her shift when we were done, (it was 12:56AM for me) she said her shift ended in 4 minutes! She had to put up with all my bumblings and screw-ups, but she remained very nice and friendly Thank you for the link to their customer service Oh I was really surprised to get help at all this late at night. She said they are there 24/7!!

I don't think she was REALLY a horse... but she did help me a lot!
