ATTENTION!!!
There is no longer a "next Sunday" posting deadline. You can grab your camera, take your photo, and post it in this thread any time you wish to.
Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.

Taken this morning at the local shopping mall. A Snow Globe for the festive season. I take this opportunity to wish Sepiana and all Elements members a very Happy Christmas.

Dennis, what a finding -- an oversized snow globe! Great capture, colorful, and detailed! Including the two people in your composition was very effective; it really highlights the size of the snow globe.
I also wish you a Merry Christmas. Feliz Natal!

Ho, ho, ho .... Thanks for the theme Sepiana. I didn't know what I was going to find ... but I sure didn't think it would be this! Bill, an "army" of Santa Claus figurines? Amazing! Great DOF and spot-on focus! The B&W conversion resulted in a very intriguing image, a very unique one.
I am curious. Where on earth did you find this?

We always have candy canes for the holidays. Christell, what would the holiday season be without candy canes? Great shot! A treat for the eyes and for the taste buds as well. Well done!

Thanks Sepiana. It's a display in a store window downtown. The figures all light up of course, but I was there very (very) early in the morning when things were still dark. Thanks again for the nice words.

Helen, this is a really nice shot -- closing up on the Christmas tree giving us a glimpse of it. Great DOF!

Last call for letters to Santa! Andy, perfect for this week's theme! I really like how you "narrowed down" on the mailbox but still let us see some of the other decorations. Very effective composition! The portrait orientation is a bonus.
