What a cracker of a week to be the IOW judge! So many wonderful images from the 'sentimental' kind to the sublime. Thank you to all those that submitted their images, you are all winners in my book. I've managed (only just) to pick out a few pics that impressed me, hope you enjoy them too.

fotofrank - Naptime with his best buddy - I love how you've captured them together at floor level, their expressions are priceless and the B&W works so well.

hmca - A walk in the fog - the sort of image that tells a story and leaves you all the more wondering about the details of who they are and where they're going. Great composition and all those leading lines just add to the drama.

srmoment - Flower delight - just a delightful image, fabulous blast of pinkness and the bonus of a hummingbird too. I especially liked how the background processing turned out, subtle but effective.

IOW goes to dandc for Between the rows. There seems to be a great golden warmth about this scene and your processing is perfect, and how I wish you'd been able to capture the turkeys as well!

Thank you for judging this week Jacki and selecting my shot for your IOW. I did actually get some shots of the Turkeys as they came thru, but nothing that seemed to add to the scene. I did get a good turkey portrait though ;^) Congratulations to Frank, Pat and Helen for their winning photos as well. That hummingbird shot is amazing, the fog scene is spot on with its processing and the beautiful scene of boy and dog makes me smile.
