Is anyone else having problems uploading an image via the 'add image to post via imgbb.com button today. I have tried several times and each time the upload gets stuck at 7%. I've tried with different images, with the same result!

No problem here. It took only a few seconds to upload this image via the imgbb button. I am using IE 11.
Did you by chance get any error message? Is this problem the same (or similar to) the one you reported before?

No I haven't had any error message and I have also cleared my browser cache as I seem to remember that can have a bearing on things. Anyway I will try again shortly and see how I get on this time. Well this is a mystery...I tried again here and again got stuck at 7%. Then I tried with Chrome and got stuck at 10% so tried the Edge browser and it stayed at 0%.
In order to get out of it I have to click on the little x which closed the imgbb box and if I try immediately to open it again all I get is a blank page!

I really don't know what is going on. Our Administrators are better qualified and have more resources to look into this issue. If you need to post your image now and can't wait for their input, I would recommend you try the other upload alternatives listed on our FAQs board. Hope this helps!

Thank you Sepiana and thank you major major. There's no rush. I just rebooted my laptop to see if that made a difference but I'm afraid not. I'll just leave it for now and try again later and if it's still no go then I will investigate some of the other alternatives.

Have you done anything different to usual in creating/preparing the images?
How large (MBytes) are the images?

BillieJean, I have done another checking. Uploading via imgbb is working just fine.
This is a shot in the dark . . .
As you said you get no error message, it may be a good idea to check your browser settings. Have you made any changes lately? If it were a problem with your images (too large, wrong format), you would get an error message when you started the uploading.

Hi again BillieJean, By the time you read this post, hopefully the issue has been resolved.  In the absence of you having done anything different anywhere since you last successfully uploaded images, I think the most likely cause would have been a temporary issue (a fault of some kind) with one of the imgbb servers (they will have more than 1) which you and probably other users in the world just happened to be connected to when you tried to upload an image. |

Thank you everyone for your input. I can see quite clearly that imgbb is working for all of you but unfortunately having tried again this morning it is still not working for me and I’ve no idea why.
The only thing I have done on my laptop was update my Firefox browser but I’ve not changed anything else. As I said before, it’s not working on the Chrome or the Edge browser either.
Nor is it working on my Desktop PC where I have not yet updated the Firefox browser although it did update with the big Windows update.
I don’t get any error warnings or messages the upload just sticks at 7 or 8 %. The images I am trying to upload are just the same as usual and I’ve also tried images which have uploaded easily before but no go I’m afraid. It’s a mystery.
I eventually uploaded my Butterfly page last night via Postimage.
