This is a shot of Cowley, Alberta a small rural town near the mountains. About 200 live here. There's an ag center co-op; a butcher, deli and ice cream shop (all in one) and a town hall. Friendly little burg. It is not actually a pano in the sense of a stitched multi-shot, but merely cropped from the 3:2 original. Should have used a polarizer here to enhance the thin "wave" clouds. 200 people, a town?
Over here, that would be a hamlet. My idea of heaven - except the snow in winter, and heat in summer.
I really enjoy looking at panorama (type) pictures. They have a great effect - especially ones with mountain ranges.
