Helen thanks for the image The artist is a cutout of a photo I took last week at an arts festival. The background was diffused slightly making the foreground sharper. This helps to separate the foreground and the background. I used a clipping mask to place the image on the artist’s canvas. Also, I applied a Palette Knife filter to the "canvas image".

I love it when I wonder if the image I post is too hard and then I see your wonderful creative minds at work!!!!
Pete.....adding the artist was a great idea and you have positioned him perfectly in the frame.....
Rita......changing the angle of the building and making the fence and other elements look like they were there from the beginning was executed flawlessly....
