- Created the composite with a photo from Photobacks. - Applied a Snow Overlay by Florabella. - Ran the file through ON1 Photo RAW (Photomorphis Atmospheric Fog preset). - Applied a Textural Border by Photomorphis.

Definitely not an easy one...couldn't think what to do, anyway here is my effort... Although not immediately obvious I applied an emboss effect on a duplicate copy of the image and gave it a colour blend mode. Images from pixabay, pngtree and clipartlibrary

Lillias, I can see the emboss effect in the enlarged view, although not on the bus. That bus is impervious to treatment unless every feature is selected individually.

Images from pixabay, pngtree and clipartlibrary BillieJean, your effort paid off; the result is a very colorful and festive image. Great choice of clipart! This would make a wonderful Christmas card.
