- Ran the file through Dynamic Auto Painter (Aquarelle Nouveau). - Applied the Texturizer Filter (Canvas). - Created the panel effect with Panel Effects by Jason P. Odell. - Applied a frame layer style by Jodi Frye.

Selected all of the tulips and placed them higher in the Image. Duplicated that layer and added a motion blur twice. Created a composite, add a wave distortion Finished as a watercolor and added a texture.

Images (Crab Nebula and Grunge Pattern) from Tutorial on YouTube – link below www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bgfqkmhMUM&t=147s Opened tulip image in Affinity Photo and followed the tutorial linked above. Took result into Topaz Studio – Impressions – Pencil – and applied Colour Touch Drawing L . Made some tonal adjustments and Precision Contrast adjustments. Also applied the Abstraction Cartoon adjustment.
