Lending the Texturizer Filter a Helping Hand

The Texturizer filter comes with a limited number of built-in textures. However, if you so desire, you can enhance this filter with custom textures.
1. Create a texture file -- 512 x 512 px.
2. Save it in the PSD format.
3. Install the file in the Textures folder.
Windows:
PSE 13 and above: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements x.x\Presets\Textures
PSE 12 and earlier: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements x.x\Presets\Textures
Mac: Applications\Adobe Photoshop Elements x.x\Support Files\Presets\Textures
4. Launch the Texturizer filter.
5. Load the texture.
