Sharing an image from Flickr in an ordinary post:
Select the BBCode option and select the thumbnail size for the drop-down in the second box. Copy the string that is generated in the first box (Ctrl-C).
When you are composing your message, simply paste the string you just copied (Ctrl-V) where ever you wish the thumbnail to appear (If you click the BBCode tab and then the Preview tab, you should see your image). After you post your message, clicking the thumbnail will display the full-size image.
Sharing an image from Flickr in your individual Gallery:
Follow the steps outlined above, but understand that the size you select for the thumbnail will be the size of the image in your gallery; it will NOT be clickable.
After you click the Add Image button in your Gallery, paste the string you just copied (Ctrl-V) into the Image URL box. You will then need to delete some of the text so you are left with just the image URL. An example will help to make this clear; the string from Flickr will look something like this:
You need to delete all the stuff before the 2nd https, and everything after the jpg, so your link ends up looking like this:
Now just click the Add Image button.
When viewing your image in Flickr, look for the arrow icon in the bottom right (it will say Share Photo when the mouse cursor hovers over it). Click on that and the following window should pop up:
