HELP__Cannot Resize my Save As Box ???

I don't know just what I could have done to get in this conundrum.

My Save As box now fills the entire screen.

There is no "Minimize/Resize" option, just an "X".

On both side edges and the bottom edge (curiously, not the top edge), when I mouse over the edge, I get the little double-ended arrows that usually mean one can drag edges to and fro; however, no trick I have tried has allowed me to drag the edges.

Nothing I have tried has allowed me to bring the size of the box under control; it insists on remaining full-screen.

Save for closing Elements and deleting the preferences, is there anything I can do to return my Save As box to normal size ?

Have you tried right clicking on the large "save as" window and then "restore" ?

I had no idea that I could do that.

Many times, when I would grab the edge of a window to move it around, somehow accidentally that little box would appear, and I really had no idea just what it was for.

Just a minute ago is the first time I have ever called it up intentionally; and, clicking "Restore" did the trick.

I might never have figured this out on my own and have been relegated to having the over-sized Save As box for the rest of my days.
