Please Consider Volunteering to be an IOW Judge

We are presently nearing the end of the current schedule.  The next rotation will begin March 8, 2021.   Many of the members who serve as volunteer judges have been doing it for quite awhile....some have been carried over from the old EV website.  So we are talking about at least 5 years!  It is only natural that someone would like to take a break from judging.  I always think that volunteering shouldn't be a life sentence.    Since we are now on an alternate week announcement, if you volunteered
you would have one turn to judge over the next 6 months.  It would be wonderful to have someone new step up to help.    If you've given thought about
being a judge in the past, now might be a good time to give it a try.    There is a private board visible to judges where questions can be answered, you can switch your weeks if you need to and practice creating your post
before it is seen on the website.    Feel free to send me a PM or preferably post a reply in this thread.  Thanks for considering this request.

Thanks Helen for managing the IOW entries and judging. 
Folks, no experience required. Just an ability to fairly evaluate everyday photos, manipulated photos and great Photoshop creations.
You will get good feeling knowing you are pitching in a small bit to help others with interests in photography, scrapbooking and photo adjustments. 

Sorry PSEM can't even offer a cool hat ... and there is not even low pay.

I second everything Clive has stated. A cool hat would be nice - but volunteering for this task is really easy and fun!!
