One more - a stable/barn that I photographed for a theme a year ago has been fixed up - new roof, barnboard. windows and doors so I got the same shot today for comparison and converted them both to B&W with Silver Efex Pro2 (one using an antique preset and one a modern)   Tony |

I like your choice of processing for the two different eras. We have a wonderful old stable near-by. They had been working on refurbishing it the last time I was there. Sadly I thought it was losing the character of the original. Will have to see if I can get over there later in the week.....
It seems they tried to maintain the original character of your stable. I like that the windows seem similar to the original.
Thanks also for the reminder about posting what we used to convert our images.

To depart from the normal idea of 'doors', here are 2 that aren't seen everyday! First, a water tight door on the USS Nautilus, complete with head-banger & knee-knocker! The second, a pair of torpedo tube doors (1 open; 1 closed) from a WW2 diesel US submarine.   |

Two from today taken at Sandy Hook..... Tried processing in On 1 for the first one.....  The second was done in LR with I think the BW Preset 10.  |
