Is that the same scooter from last week, Jim? If so that scooter sure gets around. There everywhere Helen, it's to do with the going green (a trial period) but everyone is going red with anger as the riders just plonk em anywhere like on you're own driveways, blocking pathways, I've even seen them left on slip road onto dual carriageways where they dump them to then get a lift for work. There's also been quite a few people injured due to pavement riding in the area. To ride them you have to have full or provisional licence but your see kids riding too n throw from school, as well during the day your see an average 10 plus outside each schools and the scooter company have to come along daily to park them safely. Believe or not I do like them and have used them, but I'm also in agreement with the local community with concerns of the misuse. |

While I haven't seen them locally, after reading your post I see they are quite popular in a nearby town.....
Asbury Park was made famous by Bruce Springsteen. This is a brief report on their use there....

S is for stars. Milky Way with a set up foreground. Sept 25, 2021 near Pincher Creek, Alberta ... the European Space Agency says there are 100 billion stars such as our sun on the Milky Way. (Other sources report as many as 400 billion stars in the MW). And how many galaxies? Ethan Siegel writes, "As of today, two trillion galaxies should exist within our observable Universe."Have "S" covered.
