Tom I notice you posted a procedure for TinyPic. I had been using TinyPic all along and posting images using Option #2 and not Option #4 as you indicated. In the past I had to use Option#4 to post images to my Gallery,The image that all the trouble with I will attempt to post here using both methods. Let's see what happens. I don't know what other forum user's are seeing but I have only the Image Icon in both cases and not a visible Image; This has to be malfunction on my end if you all are seeing a full blown Image.
I right on the verge of doing a complete re install of something on this machine. I have checked into wiping Win8.1 and going back and re installing Win 7 but the possibilty of Driver's not being compatible is stopping that.

Now I'll try doing it with "postimage" 
and again with the edit in feature and a different image  |

Yes I can see them both in the posting effort from "postimage",,,,,,,,,,,,, the problem must lie with a compatibility issue between GC and TinyPic. I'm a happy camper again.
