Jim, thanks for mentioning the Raw Converter! Good point! It's another way to address the lack of a Vibrance adjusment layer in Elements.

Thank you Sepiana. Nice presentation.  
I sort of understood the difference between vibrance and saturation and have leaned to vibrance for a while...saturation can be dangerous as the presenter showed. (Selective saturation with assorted colors can work well.)  
I have PSE 2021 with Elements+ and never use the E+ vibrance feature before this evening. I like it.
