The Tabs/Tabbed Images feature was introduced in PSE 9. If you have an earlier version, just do Copy/Paste or use the Move tool to drag your image onto the layer.

If you need to combine several photos into one project you will need an easy way to add a photo or image onto a layer. In this project I show you one easy method. This isn't the only way to add an image to a layer with Photoshop Elements, but it works well in most cases.
