400! That is indeed a WOW! Keep up the good work. Here's one more - new microgreens that were sown Jan 1 and are just about ready to eat today after 3 days in the dark and a couple of days under lights. This time of the year is a good time to grow your own salad. Tony, these microgreens are really new! Plenty of salad days loom in the horizon. Happy Eating! Thanks for the WOW!
