Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. The rules are rather simple.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else.
- Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation.
- Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun. |

My front door window, NEWly coated with an early morning freezing rain, appears to have a face. (And it's a bit disconcerting the way that it seems to be looking at me)  |

Well I failed my "Monday" challenge this week! Old is everywhere around here but NEW proved to be a problem. However, I was just watering my orchids and noticed this NEW GROWTH.  |

Was also thinking new growth and the new buds on this magnolia are waiting for spring to open - the hair keeping them from getting too cold.  Tony |

Just took a photo of my NEWest Christmas ornament (Mackenzie & Childs Camera) and processed it using my NEWest software (Jixipix Impresso Pro). I created the border using Photoshop.  |

Perhaps I have cheated a bit by including The New River in this week's theme. It is neither new nor a river, but a seventeenth century aqueduct constructed to bring drinking water from Hertfordshire into central London. It is still used today as a source of drinking water as well as providing a new 25 mile long-distance footpath - a new project for myself and son Matthew, as we are hoping to complete the walk from London to Hertford this year. i.ibb.co/nkLF3Gm/New.jpgBrenda |

Wow Sepiana!! The new year starts with your 400th!!! theme. Thanks so very much for your years of commitment. I know I've learned a lot from the various themes and everyone's interpretation of them.

400! That is indeed a WOW! Keep up the good work. Here's one more - new microgreens that were sown Jan 1 and are just about ready to eat today after 3 days in the dark and a couple of days under lights. This time of the year is a good time to grow your own salad.  Tony |

As someone who struggles to come up with a theme for the B/W challenge I understand that coming up with a new theme weekly is a lot harder than it may seem! So congrats from me as well. |

Yes, there seems to be a face on the window. Despite that, this image would make a great "stained glass" texture. |
