ATTENTION!!!
There is no longer a "next Sunday" posting deadline. You can grab your camera, take your photo, and post it in this thread any time you wish to.
Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.

Sorry Sepiana, The only "Horizon" I could come up with is this shot of the Celebrity Horizon taken on a cruise to Bermuda!!! Ha! Nicely done Wayne! I was tempted to head out to the airport to catch a photo of one of Horizon Airlines' planes. ;-) Instead, here's what I hope is a level horizon looking across the Willamette River at Ross Island in Portland. Thanks for the theme Sepiana. And thanks for the chuckle Wayne.

Oops, It's a Red Shouldered Hawk not a Red Tailed Hawk.

BTW, there is a glimpse of the "true" horizon in the background.

Sitting on top of these stadium lights, this Red Tailed Hawk has the perfect spot for viewing the horizon. kdcintx, very original interpretation of this week's theme -- the horizon as viewed by a hawk. Great shots! Adding the second shot (zooming in) brought it all together.

bryston3bsst, nice shot -- simple, yet well composed. The long exposure was a bonus.
