So many excellent submissions to the Power of Three. Well done everyone. I recently got back from a visit to one of my favourite waterfalls and I took a few more photos of course. Thinking of a related theme for the B&W challenge I thought of Liquids so let's give that a try. Anything liquid goes - so waterfalls, rain drops, glasses of wine, cups of coffee, oceans and rivers - liquids are everywhere. In fact a Google search of Black and White Liquid Photography gave 600 million results and a whole pile of interesting images so the possibilities are endless! Here's my waterfall - and a cup of coffee to go with it. Looking forward to seeing your interpretations of the theme. Tony

I would love to see that waterfall, Tony. And I bet the coffee tastes delicious.

Just to bump this thread up, here's a natural spring water well from my archives that I took in my home town's local park several years ago. Converted to B&W in Topaz Studio 2.

Excellent start to the theme. Like the beer shot from hmca - one of those guess what it is shots and I'd never have guessed it was beer. Interesting well from Jim - black and white really makes the flowing water stand out - and a great reflection in very still water from pontiac1940Tony

This photo is from a photo workshop in the Delaware Water Gap (western NJ/eastern PA). We found plenty of abandonment (our goal) but also this wonderful scene. The reflection needs less repairs than the original! Smith-Birchenough Farm, Sussex County, NJ

Excellent reflection in the liquid - I like the way the old silo stands out in black and white both on land and in the water. Tony

Saw this his fountain today and thought of the challenge . Converted on my IPhone. Good thinking! That's an impressive fountain and the iPhone certainly froze the action. I'd be tempted to crop it a bit tighter on the fountain - maybe squarish rather than portrait. I find most of my phone pics are portrait while my camera pics are landscape - just the way I hold them I guess Tony

Saw your post before I cam on....and being the picture was till on my phone tried cropping it from there. I do think it looks better.
