The recommendation that I have always heard is to use your noise reduction first, BuckSkin. Something to think about.

Manntown Road West - Russell County - KentuckyWednesday_10-June-2020This barn is on the South side of Manntown Road, just West of B Mann Road, in the Cumberland River bottoms, between Rock Lick Creek and Salt Lick Creek, across the Cumberland River and Wolf Creek Dam, in extreme Southern Russell County.
Beyond the rear corner of the barn roof is a Severe Weather Alert Siren; the siren is mounted on a tower so that it can be heard over the high ridges and down in the deep hollows.

Westbound KY Hwy 1590 - Clinton County - Kentucky Photo Taken through the glass of a Moving Vehicle Wednesday_10-June-2020
This barn and silo is located in the North-East corner of KY Hwy 1590/Ida Road and KY Hwy 1281/Desdia-Willis Creek Road
After following a very crooked and twisting route North, KY Hwy 1281 junctions with KY Hwy 379/Irish Bottom Road, which really surprises me as I always thought 379 dead-ended at the Coleman Campbell farm in Rock House Bottoms.

Westbound KY Hwy 90 - Cumberland County - Kentucky 36° 45' 47.44" North Parallel ~~~ 85° 19' 49.86" West Meridian > Look it up; this is an interesting place. Photo Taken through the glass of a Moving Vehicle Wednesday_10-June-2020
This good stout square Tobacco Barn is on the North side of Albany Loop #2, the old Hwy 90, on the West side of Wade Branch Road.
Wade Branch passes under Hwy 90 and dumps into Bear Creek, just about where the camera was for this shot.

This good stout square Tobacco Barn is on the North side of Albany Loop #2, the old Hwy 90, a bit to the West and within eyesight of the barn in the previous post.
There is a lot going on in this photo. Notice the Grapevines at left-center above the garden. Notice the Omri Grider-style bean sticks.
June 2018 satellite view shows the slope around the barn to be mowed in a complicated geometric pattern; check it out at: 36° 45' 50.71" N ~~~ 85° 20' 8.11" W 36.7640860 ~~~ -85.3355850

Clear Springs Road - Russell County - Kentucky Thursday_08-September-2022 New Holland TS90 w/Woods 215 DuAl Loader
I have spent many an hour in that tractor. Manufactured: 1999-2003 Read about it HERE.
The tank at left is a repurposed Crude Oil tank that now serves to hold distiller's mash, an amber-colored corn mash slurry that is a waste product of the whiskey distilling process.
Cattle eat it like it was candy.
Big trucks that go Chhh-Shhhhh deliver it from the distillary at Lebanon Junction.

KY Hwy 80 East - Russell County - Kentucky Traveling EastboundWednesday_03-November-2021Photo Taken through the glass of a Moving Vehicle
Busy Barn Lot South side of KY80 There is a lot going on here. There is a bulldozer against the woods in the left background. I see no less than ten pushmowers. Notice the size of those blocks of wood; that tree was huge. This place is fenced with those razor-sharp galvanized gate slats that Roger Tarter filled the country with gates made of them. They would rattle and clatter and wake the dead whenever opening or closing them.

This Ramshackle Barn is on the North side of KY80, first place West of the KY76 Junction.(providing you can see it through all the reflections and past the several packs of cigarettes, cans of "dip",, gloves, and filthy cap)
Some day, I will return, get out, and take some proper pictures; when that day comes, I will replace this one with them.
